For over five decades, the American Dental Association has continuously endorsed the fluoridation of community water supplies and the use of fluoride-containing products as safe and effective measures for preventing tooth decay.

Dr. Helvey's office offers a variety of fluoride treatments for children and adults, including prescription strength topical fluoride products for home use and topical fluoride products that are applied in the office. Fluoride tablets can also be prescribed for children.
